Engineered with heavy-gauge aluminum structural elements, premium weather-resistant PE synthetic rattan, and high-performance metal powder coating.
Analyzing key structural vectors, material life cycles, and international supply chain standards.
In the contemporary global commercial contract furniture market, the demand for high-performance, high-quality garden chairs has surpassed traditional aesthetic requirements. Modern architectural, hospitality, and municipal landscapes demand outdoor seating systems capable of withstanding intense UV radiation, heavy marine environments, temperature fluctuations, and continuous physical abrasion. Procurement managers must evaluate products based on total cost of ownership (TCO), material sustainability, and mechanical performance certifications.
From architectural landscape design in Europe to premium resort engineering in North America, key design drivers dictate specific material selection criteria. For instance, the transition from heavy wrought iron to high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloys (such as T5 or T6 tempered 6063 aluminum) reflects an industry-wide drive towards modularity, corrosion resistance, and reduced shipping weights. At the same time, the inclusion of sustainable synthetic composites and weather-proof weaving structures represents a significant advancement in product design and longevity.
Our commitment to precision engineering, scalable manufacturing, and absolute reliability.
Since our establishment in 2005, we have been committed to providing high-quality outdoor furniture to customers worldwide. Our manufacturing infrastructure is situated in a high-tech industrial park, covering a vast footprint of 15,000 square meters. Equipped with advanced automated tube bending machinery, robotic welding cells, and an integrated conveyorized powder coating line, our facility is engineered to minimize tolerance variations and secure high throughput.
With an elite operational roster of 174 professional technical employees, including materials scientists, mechanical engineers, and master artisans of handcrafted weaving, we produce over 50,000 chairs each month. This scalable operational structure supports our annual turnover exceeding 20 million USD, cementing our role as a trusted supply partner to top-tier wholesalers, hotel procurement groups, and design firms globally.
Bridging mechanical performance with premium comfort and aesthetic luxury.
Designed for space-restricted environments like premium boutique balconies, cruise liners, and urban dining. Maximizes structural stability while occupying a compact physical footprint.
Engineered for full exposure to the elements. Features high-tensile rope weave, natural look faux-bamboo coatings, and resilient structural designs suitable for commercial landscapes.
High-use contract environments require stackable, lightweight, and durable seating. Our HORECA products withstand continuous use, surface sanitization, and heavy weight cycles.
Next-generation materials, carbon footprint reduction, and engineering innovation.
Integrating high-density polyethylene (HDPE) formulations with integrated UV-inhibitor packages (UV class 8+ rating). Our research ensures that synthetic weaves do not undergo embrittlement, structural stress cracking, or thermal degradation even under extreme temperatures (from -30°C to +65°C).
Our pre-treatment lines utilize advanced zirconium-based chemical conversion coatings instead of traditional chromate systems. This provides excellent paint adhesion and exceptional salt-spray test ratings (up to 1,500 hours under ASTM B117 standards), satisfying coastal resort requirements.
Aligning with ESG criteria, we design with 100% recyclable aluminum alloys and biodegradable polymer compounds. This structural approach minimizes the carbon footprint per product unit, assisting our global B2B clients in meeting their corporate sustainability goals.
Verifiable manufacturing compliance, global standard validation, and industry fair participation.
We understand that innovation and continuous development are key to success in this rapidly changing market. Therefore, we actively participate in various furniture exhibitions both domestically and internationally, including the prestigious Milan International Furniture Fair and the China International Furniture Fair in Guangzhou. Through these platforms, we showcase our latest products and designs, and engage with leading designers and manufacturers to gain insights into cutting-edge trends and inspirations.
Our factory operations strictly conform to international management protocols, verified by third-party auditors. This structural discipline ensures that every batch of aluminum bistro chairs, garden loungers, and dining tables matches contract-grade criteria. Our raw materials undergo rigorous testing, ensuring full compliance with REACH regulations, EN 581 structural safety codes, and BSCI social compliance guidelines.
Fostering craftsmanship, safe working conditions, and technical expertise.
Our success is not only due to our strict control over product quality but also because of our emphasis on valuing and developing our employees. We believe that only with a passionate and creative team can we maintain a competitive edge in the market. Therefore, we provide continuous training and development opportunities, encouraging our employees to learn and grow constantly.

A comprehensive overview of aluminum alloys, welding techniques, and quality control systems.
The core structural integrity of our garden and bistro chairs depends on the quality of our aluminum extrusions. We use aircraft-grade 6063 aluminum alloy, selected for its balance of high tensile strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and post-weld response. Our frame tubes are engineered with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 2.2mm. In crucial stress regions (like support legs and corner joints), internal reinforcements or heavier-gauge wall profiles are integrated to prevent bending and material deformation under high-stress cycles.
For custom projects, we use computer-controlled mandrel tube bending machines to ensure smooth curves without wrinkling or wall thinning. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is performed under a controlled shield gas environment to secure continuous, high-strength welds. Every welded joint is ground smooth, eliminating sharp edges or structural crevices that could trap moisture and lead to premature finish failure.
Our multi-stage pre-treatment process ensures excellent powder coating adhesion. Frames undergo chemical cleaning, degreasing, and acid pickling, followed by a final de-ionized water rinse and a modern zirconium-based surface conversion coating. This conversion coating creates a micro-crystalline layer that enhances corrosion resistance and forms a strong bond with the powder coating.
We use premium, UV-resistant polyester powders, applied in clean rooms via electrostatic spray guns to ensure even coverage across complex shapes. The coated frames are then cured in automated convection ovens at temperatures between 180°C and 200°C. This curing process creates a tough, chemical-resistant, and impact-tolerant finish that resists chipping and scratching, making the furniture suitable for commercial cafe settings.
All woven components are handcrafted by skilled artisans. We source virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) polymer raw materials containing high concentrations of carbon black and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS). This prevents fading, cracking, and loss of tensile strength from UV exposure.
For our rope furniture line, we use Solution-Dyed Acrylic or Polyolefin fiber ropes. Unlike post-dyed yarns, the color pigments in solution-dyed yarns are added to the liquid polymer prior to extrusion. This ensures consistent color throughout the fiber, making it highly resistant to UV degradation and bleach-based sanitizers. Additionally, these ropes undergo an anti-fungal, water-repellent finishing treatment to prevent moisture absorption and mold growth.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. We have a professional quality control (QC) team that ensures each product meets our rigorous standards before it reaches the customer. Our QC team conducts thorough inspections at every stage of production, utilizing advanced technology and expertise to maintain the highest quality standards. This commitment to quality has earned us a reputation for excellence and reliability in the industry.
